• Technology requirements for a Total Operations Management Platform (TOMP) software solution

• Designing the system architecture which includes deciding on the hardware and software that will be used, as well as how different components will communicate with one another

• Required technology infrastructure for an Integrated Operations Center (IOC).

The IOC is designed to provide real-time visibility into all aspects of the organization's operations, allowing for efficient decision-making and rapid response to any issues that may arise.
